Annual Dues Structure

• Family Membership Annual Dues: $795
  • Due by April 1st. A $100 late fee applies after April 1st.
• Senior Membership Annual Dues: $595
  • Due by April 1st. A $100 late fee applies after April 1st.
  • Eligibility: Must be 62 years or older, verified with a driver’s license.

New: Senior Membership Application Policy

New policy for Senior Memberships! If you’re interested in applying, please take note of the following:

• Application Deadline: All applications must be submitted by October 31st.
• Application Form: You can request a application form by emailing your membership director at membership@kingsleyclub.org
• Proof of Age: In addition to your application, you must provide a photo ID verifying that you are over the age of 62 prior to March 31st of the upcoming year.

Please ensure all steps are completed by the deadline to be considered for a Senior Membership. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Understanding Your Membership

Your membership includes a primary member and a secondary member (a spouse or live-in partner), along with all dependents under 25 who live at your address. Please note, membership does not include extended family or friends who live at the same address.

Guest Policy

We love when you bring guests! Please note that individuals not on your membership, such as live-in parents, extended family, or friends, are considered guests. They incur a guest fee and must be accompanied by a member. You can easily pay guest fees here: https://kingsleyclub.org/guest-fees/.

We have a few exceptions for guest fees:

• Babysitters, nannies, or grandparents who bring children to the pool without the primary or secondary member don’t need to pay a guest fee, as long as they’re accompanying a child who is on your membership.
• Out-of-town guests also don’t need to pay a guest fee.

New Membership Fees & Pro-Rated Dues

For all new members, there is a one-time initiation fee of $1,500. Check to see if we have a current promotion.

If you’re a new family or senior member joining the club during the year, a pro-rated dues schedule also applies:

• Full annual dues will be implemented in the next fee cycle, effective April 1st.

Additional Membership Information

• Reactivation Fee: Any member who ends their Kingsley membership will be required to pay a $400 reactivation fee if they decide to return in the future.
• Existing Members: Annual dues are to be paid by March 31st. Dues paid after that date incur an automatic $100 late fee.
• Rates and Fees: All rates and fees listed are as of January 1, 2025, and are subject to increases as set by the board of directors.
