Clubhouse Information • Clubhouse is roughly 1800 square feet. • Max occupancy 100 or less • Patio is roughly 1500 square feet. • All events must end by 11:00pm. • Cleaning fee is included in the rate. • $250 security deposit. • No smoking anywhere on the premises. • Bathrooms are shared facilities with Tennis and Pool. • Eight 4′ round tables (each seats 6) • Six 6′ rectangular tables • 56 folding chairs • 6 wicker chairs • Stand-alone freezer • Food warmer is available and must be plugged into special 30 amp receptacle in the kitchen below light switches. • No commercial ice maker is available. Refrigerator has small ice maker. • Cart available to assist with easy load in and out. • Big-screen TV, DVD/VCR combo, HDMI input. • WiFi • Grills are available. Must be cleaned after each use. • Coolers are available.
