Given the popularity of our Cardio Tennis on Monday mornings from 8-9:30, we are expanding our offering this summer. In addition to Monday 8-9:30, we will have Cardio Tennis from 8:30-9:30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cardio tennis caters to all levels of tennis players. Each workout consists of a warm-up, cardio segment (drills and play based) and a cool down. Women can burn up to 500 calories and men up to 800 in a 60-minute session!
